Once owners and operators of The Atlas Cafe and Restaurant , a very popular and successful Fine dining Restaurant in Newcastle East from 2004 to 2009 . Since then they have blended their skill of delicious , fine dining food with simple - Tasty delicious fresh catering from 2009 to today .
They are a professional team with a complete understanding of each and every need of each and every function and have a vast history of skill and competence in the industry.
This team is well respected and always receiving compliments and word of mouth referrals from their food and ability to arrange .
